Who am I?
I am Mina, a fortymumble trans woman from London. For some reason I decided to start this blog. I actually seem to be somewhat lazy about posting here, but this page serves as a good landing point for anyone wanting to know a little more about me.
Will you follow me back on twitter?
Following me doesn’t guarantee a follow back. I follow people based on their profiles and whether I think they have anything worthwhile to say. Ultimately, my twitter stream is my twitter stream, and I want to keep it worth reading and not full of people that write dross who I’m only following out of some false sense of obligation. Don’t let that put you off talking to me though – i always read my @mentions and will usually reply.
If I don’t follow you back when you first follow me, all is not lost! Names I see crop up regularly get checked out from time to time to see what they are saying now, and likewise when I have a good natter with someone, I’ll probably also go and have another look if I’m not already following. I don’t always get a chance to check the streams of new followers, so sometimes the best way to catch my attention and gain a follow off me is to talk to me and to be interesting or amusing.
I’m quite easy going, and not in the slightest bit filth-averse, but that doesn’t mean that I actually give a toss that you’re horny/hard/whatever either though. You’ll know if I do give a shit [big clue, if I don’t know you well, then I almost certainly don’t]. That said, I don’t tend to follow anyone that posts large amounts of NSFW content because of where/when I tend to read twitter.
I do tend to cut different people different amounts of slack. Let’s just say that egg and cock avatars tend to get less leeway than others, okay?
But basically, so long as you treat me like an adult, not a sex object, I’ll treat you the same.
How do you define yourself?
Have gone through multiple definitions from crossdresser/TV through non-binary/genderfluid to trans woman. Finally stopped kidding myself I was anything other, and as usual I’m the last to realise. My pronouns are she/her, but I recognise the utility of they/them and don’t have a problem with that either, especially at this stage of transition.
As one of the old jokes goes “What’s the difference between a cross dresser and a trans woman? About 3 years.”. Probably a bit longer in my case, but yeah…
Sexuality is a somewhat more open question, and probably none of your actual business.. If I fancy you, I’ll let you know ;-).
Where did the nickname Mina come from?
Mina isn’t my real name, but it’s what most people call me. I use it as a short form of “Aramina”, which is my online handle in a few places. That name originally came from the online name of a lovely goth girl that I used to know back at university – who amongst other things represented style goals. I quite liked that name, and always used it for my female characters in video games.
I think it’s a lovely name, and although I couldn’t get @aramina on twitter, I did get @misty_mina for the pun value.
You say you’re married; does your wife know?
Hard for her not to with me being out and trans 🤣. However, there wasn’t really a difficult conversation to be had when I decided to transition. She always knew about Mina and what at the time was a tendence to dress femininely, even before we got together (although I hadn’t yet adopted the nickname Mina at that point), and it’s never been an issue for her. She is amazing and has my back every step of the way.
Do you cam?
Mostly I post drunk (and sometimes sober) selfies on twitter. I don’t rock out with my cock out either, so if that’s what you’re looking for, try elsewhere.

Where can you be found in the real world?
Not so much since COVID, but used to go out clubbing all over the place – Bristol, Manchester, Cardiff, Leeds, Norwich, London… Sometimes pop up at prides such as London or the most excellent Trans Pride Brighton.
Where are you at with your transition?
Early days still, very much social with no medical assistance as yet other then a few laser sessions.
Do you game?
Of course! I’m on both XBox Live and Steam. Mostly steam though – PC for the win!
Are you hot/convincing/other adjective? Do you pass?
Whether I’m hot or not is entirely subjective and in the eye of the beholder. My opinion doesn’t really matter. Do I pass? Probably not, but decide for yourself!
